Our lab partners

Two partners.
One careful chain.

Every EllaDx sample is drawn, shipped, and analyzed by two U.S. partners we picked for one reason - they are the most accredited in their lane.

Quest Diagnostics runs the bloodwork. Getlabs brings the phlebotomist to your door. No shortcut, no middle-market lab.

CLIA-certified CAP-accredited All 50 U.S. states
01 - Bloodwork

Quest Diagnostics, the lab itself.

Quest is the largest clinical laboratory network in the United States. Every EllaDx assay - hormones, thyroid, iron, lipids, metabolic - runs on the same instruments Quest uses for hospital systems and physician groups nationwide.

Why them
  • CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited across its major laboratories - the two standards the FDA and CMS recognize for high-complexity clinical testing.
  • Publishes peer-reviewed reference intervals and participates in proficiency testing from the College of American Pathologists - the same benchmark academic medical centers use.
  • Handles roughly one in three U.S. adults' bloodwork each year, which means our assays are validated on a population - not a boutique panel.
02 - At-home collection

Getlabs, to your door.

Getlabs is the national at-home phlebotomy network EllaDx uses when you'd rather not drive to a draw site. A certified phlebotomist comes to you - same sample, same Quest lab, no clinic visit.

Why them
  • Phlebotomists are certified and background-checked; each draw is handed off into the standard Quest chain of custody - same specimen ID, same courier, same instruments.
  • Coverage in all 50 states, including rural ZIPs that don't have a Quest patient service center within an hour's drive.
  • Booking is direct from your EllaDx checkout - pick a one-hour window, your phlebotomist arrives with a pre-labeled kit, sample ships cold to Quest the same day.
03 - Standards

The floor, and the ceiling.

CLIA certification

Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments - the federal standard for any U.S. lab testing human specimens for diagnosis. Quest's major facilities are CLIA-certified at the high-complexity level.

CAP accreditation

The College of American Pathologists inspects laboratory quality beyond the CLIA floor - equipment, proficiency, personnel, record-keeping. Quest's core laboratories are CAP-accredited.

Specimen integrity

Every draw - at a Quest center or at your kitchen table via Getlabs - uses Quest-issued tubes with matching specimen IDs. Shipped cold, logged on arrival, analyzed within Quest's validated stability windows.

HIPAA & data

Both partners are HIPAA-covered entities. EllaDx receives only the structured results we ordered, under a business-associate agreement. We never resell lab data; we never share it with advertisers.
