    Start with the quiz.

    The quiz takes three minutes. Tell us about your symptoms, cycle, and health history. We use your answers to suggest lab markers and a panel that may fit your needs.

    A physician signs your order.

    You do not need a referral or appointment. In supported U.S. states, a licensed physician reviews and signs your lab order. It arrives by email.

    Get your blood drawn.

    After we confirm state availability, visit a Quest location at no extra cost. For a ready-made panel, a certified blood-draw professional can come to you for $75 if your ZIP code is covered. Both options use the same lab and results timeline.

    See results as they are ready.

    Each lab result appears in your private portal when it is ready. We email you each time a new result is added.*

Hormone levels change during your cycle. The portal tracks your cycle next to your lab results. It shows your cycle day and phase, predicts your next period, and records when your blood was drawn. It also shows the best time to test markers such as progesterone.

Why one week matters

Testing isn’t an event. It’s a feedback loop.

One test shows where you are now. A later test shows how your results changed. Many women test again every few months, such as after starting a care plan, giving birth, or entering perimenopause. The portal charts every result over time, and the price stays the same.

Before your week starts

The four things everyone asks.

Do I need to fast before the draw?

For most panels, yes. Do not eat for 8 to 12 hours, but keep drinking water. We also recommend fasting for hormone panels so each test is done the same way. We email your instructions after checkout.

Does a doctor review my results?

A licensed physician orders your lab tests. Your report explains each result in plain language and links to research. An EllaDx doctor does not review your personal results. Share the report with your own provider for help with care decisions.

Can I reschedule my draw?

Yes. You can change your appointment for free up to 24 hours before it starts. Most Quest locations also accept walk-ins.

Is EllaDx available in my state?

Not in every state. EllaDx is available in most U.S. states. Some states limit lab orders placed without an office visit. We confirm state availability before you pay.
