Detect cancer early.
Before symptoms start.
Galleri is a single blood draw that screens for signals from 50+ cancer types simultaneously - including the ones with no standard screening test today. Tissue of origin identified. Annual. HSA/FSA eligible.
71%
of cancer deaths in the U.S. come from cancers with no recommended screening test today.
We screen for breast, cervical, colorectal, and lung cancer - but ovarian, pancreatic, liver, stomach, and esophageal cancers have no routine test. These are among the deadliest, precisely because they're caught late. Stage I survival rates average 80–90%. Stage IV survival rates average 15–25%.
Galleri was built specifically to fill this gap.

50+
Cancer types screened in a single blood draw, including many with no other recommended test.
GRAIL Galleri
2×
More cancers detected when Galleri was added to standard screening - from the PATHFINDER 2 clinical study.
NEJM, 2024
20,000+
Participants across GRAIL's clinical validation studies, including PATHFINDER and PATHFINDER 2.
Multi-trial cohort
>99%
Specificity - meaning fewer than 1 in 100 results are a false positive, reducing unnecessary follow-up procedures.
PATHFINDER Study
One draw.
Fifty cancers screened.
01
A single blood draw
Galleri is ordered through your clinician or - soon - directly through EllaDx. One standard venous draw at any Quest Diagnostics location or at-home phlebotomy visit. No special prep. Takes minutes.
02
cfDNA methylation analysis
Cancer cells shed fragments of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) into the bloodstream. Galleri analyzes the methylation patterns of these fragments - chemical “fingerprints” that are unique to cancer DNA - using machine learning trained on thousands of clinical samples.
03
Signal + tissue of origin
If a cancer signal is detected, Galleri doesn't just say “positive” - it predicts the tissue of origin with high accuracy, so your clinician knows where to look. No signal is reported as “No Cancer Signal Detected.” Results in ~2 weeks.
Including the silent ones.
Most cancers have no recommended screening test. These six - the ones most likely to be caught late - are where early detection matters most.
And 45+ more we also detect
Cancers with established screening paths or more predictable presentations.
“The addition of the multi-cancer early detection test to standard screening approximately doubled the number of cancers detected, as compared with standard screening alone.”
- Schrag et al., PATHFINDER 2 · New England Journal of Medicine, 2024
Galleri uses targeted methylation sequencing - a technique that reads chemical tags on cell-free DNA fragments circulating in blood. These methylation patterns change when cells become cancerous, and each cancer type produces a distinct pattern. GRAIL trained machine learning models on over 10,000 samples to learn those patterns across 50+ cancer types.
When cancer is detected, the algorithm also identifies the most likely tissue of origin - correctly in more than 88% of true positive cases - directing the diagnostic workup efficiently rather than leaving clinicians searching blind.

Galleri is not FDA-cleared. It is performed in a CLIA-certified laboratory. A positive result requires follow-up diagnostic evaluation with your physician. Galleri does not detect all cancers and is not a substitute for recommended cancer screenings.
